Well I found that all in EmpowHer.com I went to see what I could find, and ended up staying an hour browsing not only general guides to conditions, but true patient stories. These patient stories really help when you are struggling with your own conditions.

Today it is raining, its cold, and I woke up feeling as though I’d been hit by a truck. It is days like today I second guess my choice of dealing with my conditions without pain medication.
