Review of EmpowHer.com/ Seasons and Fibro report

Published by tinasam under living Edit This

A clean and crisp website outline with not much clutter, easy to find information, written by knowledgable folk? Sounds great right?? Well I found that all in EmpowHer.com I went to see what I could find, and ended up staying an hour browsing not only general guides to conditions, but true patient stories. These patient stories really help when you are struggling with your own conditions.

Today it is raining, its cold, and I woke up feeling as though I’d been hit by a truck. It is days like today I second guess my choice of dealing with my conditions without pain medication. Waking up later than usual and have less than normal bits of energy, I have been spending much of my time just browsing up different sites to see what I can find on “rain and fibro” and “season changes and fibro”.  It is there that I found this post on Fibro and Menopause (yes I know, I thought I had been misguided in my search as well, but listen up dear reader to the rest of this post) it was there that I read “About 90 percent of fibromyalgia patients say they experience a change in symptoms with the weather.” It then went on to list five seasonal/weather related things associated with fibro and suddenly things went much clearer. If you haven’t visited EmpowHer.com or if you are looking to read some about weather changes in fibro I invite you to take a look.
