If you are on the morphine drug Kadian, you can qualify to get up to $50 off your copay with their copay assistance card. This offer is valid in all states but Massachusettes and is not a rebate program, it comes off immediately like a coupon. This is also a multiuse card that can be used over and over again.  If your pharmacy has issues with the card, their FAQ states:

“My pharmacist is having problems processing the co-pay assistance card claim, what can I do?

Point out the instructions to the pharmacy in processing the co-pay assistance card printed on the back of each KADIAN^® co-pay assistance card. There is a telephone number to OPUS Health (800-364-4767) and someone is there to answer questions the pharmacist may have with regard to claims, patient eligibility, or other related issues.”
