Helpful Free Fibro Items Online

Published by tinasam at 10:01 am under Conditions, living Edit This

If you have Fibromyalgia then you may be interested in some of the really cool things I’ve found online that are completely free, and full of knowledge and help for all of us with fibromyalgia. There is a FREE Suite 101 course that will help educate you on the ins and the outs of fibro. It has eight lessons all of which are online and completely at your pace. Then there is the Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers Newsletter Sign-up. This is a great source of new and up to date info on whats coming out and whats happening on the research front. A great resource. Then finally I’ve found the My Fibro Relief kit where you get tips on coping, living with fibro, even live customer service about having the illness. Its a great little thing to have.

For more information on a more personal front, see Today.com’s Happy Fibro Family, its a great blog full of information, a great voice, and a nice voice.

Great finds! I also like the new look of your site. I can hear the ocean and smell the sea salt.

Chronic pain is the pits, I don’t know if it helps to have a reason why you’re hurting or not, but it wears you down! The ocean is a great distraction - good choice!
